Another great WhatGeek order!

My latest order for a new Aluminum Keyboard Case arrived super fast, just like my previous purchases. WhatGeek's shipping is always consistent, usually about a week to my door, which is pretty good for international. I always check for a promo code before I buy, and they usually have something good going on.

My new favorite keyboard!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Lofree Flow Low Profile Mechanical Keyboard and it is amazing! Typing on it is a dream, seriously. The keys feel so nice and the sound is perfect. I love the low profile design, it looks so sleek on my desk. The shipping was fast too, it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. I will definitely be buying from WhatGeek again, maybe a custom desk mat next! This keyboard is a game changer for my work setup.

Decent gaming mouse, slow delivery

I purchased a gaming mouse from WhatGeek. The mouse itself is good, responsive and comfortable for long sessions. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, almost two weeks. The tracking information wasn't updated very frequently either, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was okay when I inquired, but they just confirmed it was still in transit. Good value for the product, just wish shipping was a bit faster and more transparent.

Smooth order, good keyboard

I ordered a LEOBOG Hi75 keyboard from WhatGeek a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. I got a confirmation email right away and a tracking number a day later. Shipping took about 8 days, which was within the timeframe they estimated. The keyboard arrived well-packaged, no damage at all. I got the barebone kit and installed some Linear Switches and PBT Keycaps myself. Everything fit perfectly. The build quality feels solid for the price. I had a quick question about RGB settings a few days after it arrived, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful answer. It's a good keyboard, and the whole experience was pretty positive from start to finish.

Thinking of grabbing one of those barebone kits. Are they easy enough for a noob to put together?

N Nick Patel 2 months ago
Super easy. Just pop in switches and keycaps. My first DIY was a barebone from them.

How do these guys compare to Epomaker in terms of product quality and selection?

M Megan Hughes 2 months ago
WhatGeek has a good range, especially for customizable stuff. Epomaker might have more pre-builts, but quality feels similar.

I've bought from both. WhatGeek feels a bit more curated for enthusiasts, while Epomaker is broader. Both good quality, though.

Can you use more than one discount code at checkout? Got a student one and saw another for free shipping.

T Tara Osei 2 months ago
Nah, usually just one promo code per order, I tried it once with a holiday deal and a newsletter one.

I've never been able to stack coupons on their site, unfortunately. Gotta pick the best one.

Hey, wondering how long shipping usually takes for a keyboard to California? Need it kinda fast for a gift.

A Alex Silva 3 months ago
Mine took about 10 days to get to SoCal last month, wasn't bad at all.

I think it varies, but usually within 2 weeks for me in the US. They do give you tracking though.

What's the deal with returns if I don't like the keyboard? Is it a hassle?

J Jared 2 months ago
Their return process was pretty smooth for me. Just follow the instructions on their site.

I returned a keycap set once, it was straightforward. Just make sure you keep the original packaging.
